LISBON - The following cases were handled this week in Columbiana County Municipal Court:

David M. Deville, 50, of Greenville, S.C., pleaded innocent to charges of OVI and failure to drive within marked lanes, and a pretrial hearing is scheduled for Feb. 12. Deville was cited following a traffic stop in state Route 9 in Perry Township at 1:48 a.m. Friday.

Frank J. Little III, 42, Walnut Ridge, Salineville, pleaded guilty as charged to OVI and failure to drive within marked lanes. Little was fined $695 and sentenced to three days in the county jail, with the jail time suspended if he attends Steering Clear classes. Little was cited while driving in Salineville at 9:34 p.m. Dec. 8.

Steven M. Collar, 39, of Mercer, Pa., was found guilty of OVI and having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Collar was fined $825 and sentenced to three days in jail, which will be suspended if he attends Steering Clear classes. Collar was cited while driving in Salem at 1:11 a.m. Nov. 25.

Judge Carol Robb suspended 134 remaining days of a 180-day jail sentence she imposed on Zachary R. Cline, 21, Oliver Street, East Liverpool, after he was previously found guilty of OVI (third offense) and speeding. Cline already served 46 days of the jail sentence.
