HANOVERTON - Pamela Jean Lewis, 46, of Hanoverton, died Saturday at her residence.
Born Jan. 27, 1967 in Salem, Ohio, she was the daughter of Cleo and Mary Jan (Ford) Smalley and lived all of her life in the Hanoverton area.
Pam was a member of the Kensington Christian Church and graduated from United Local in 1985.
Besides her parents, survivors include a daughter, Chantel Jane Faulkner of the home; a son, Tyler Paul Lewis, also of the home; and three brothers, Michael Custer Sr., Leonard Custer and Raymond Smalley, all of Hanoverton.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Kensington Christian Church with Pastor Lloyd Campbell officiating. Calling hours will be held one hour before the time of the service at the Kensington Christian Church.
