LISBON - Nico A. Baker, 20, Dyke Road, Negley, was served a secret indictment for an endangering children charge.
According to court documents, Baker is accused of providing excessive physical discipline to a child between the ages of 3 and 6 months during the time beginning in February and ending in July.
Christopher S. McCauley, 33, Lincoln Avenue, Wellsville, is charged with possession of drugs for allegedly having cocaine on March 31.
Both Baker and McCauley were indicted by the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury in November.
