Senior Fun Day Committee holds Christmas party

December 16, 2012
Salem News

The Senior Fun Day Committee held its annual Christmas party at 5 p.m. Dec. 7 at Lincoln Place Apartments. Over 17 decorated trees ranging from 3 to 7.5 feet, and each in their own theme, were raffled off at the end of the evening. All the trees in the "Christmas Wonderland" were decorated by Senior Fun Day Committee members and by the Donald R. Cook family. Other highlights of the well attended event included a 70/30 raffle, gift shop, raffle baskets, games, a free dinner, and a free gift. Pictured are Senior Fun Day Committee members Mary McGee, left, and Linda Galeoti who teamed up to prepare the dinner for the residents. (Submitted photo)
