Jacob Liza, 8, of Negley, recently placed first in the Wolfe Division at the Sandy Beaver District Raingutter Regatta. He is pictured with his grandparents, Allen and Sandy Mackall. Jacob is a member of Cub Scout Pack 121 of Rogers. The pack meets at 6:30 p.m. every Tuesday at Lake Mount Church of Christ.
