LISBON - In Columbiana County Juvenile Court. a 16-year-old Salem girl was cited for allegedly leaving home on Nov. 29, not returning and refusing to tell her parents where she went.

A 16-year-old Wellsville boy was cited with unruly behavior for reportedly engaging in turbulent behavior on Nov. 24.

A 16-year-old East Liverpool child was cited with having tobacco at East Liverpool High School.

A 14-year-old Lisbon boy was cited with causing an alarm to another by causing a physically offensive condition in the vicinity of the Columbiana County Opportunity School, a school with a safety zone.

A 17-year-old Lisbon girl was cited with being habitually disobedient toward her parents, including refusing to follow house rules, rules at school and alerting her parents of her whereabouts.

A 14-year-old East Rochester boy was cited with engaging in turbulent behavior at United Local on Nov. 14.
