Santa Claus, of course, was the highlight of the annual Christmas parade held Saturday in downtown Salem. Among those making appearances were the Grinch and clowns. The event was co-sponsored by the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce and the Salem News. (Salem News photos by J.D. Creer)
