LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Tuesday, Chad A. Hawk, 21, North Main Street, Beloit, was fined $700, had his license suspended for 117 days, required to perform 20 hours community service for failure to control and physical control amended from OVI first offense.

- Brandon A. Gibson, 23, Chamberlin Street, Negley, was fined $675, had his license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to 20 days in jail for OVI first offense and failure to control.

- John A. Innella II, 33, East Fifth Street, Salem, was fined $400 for two counts each of no license and no helmet.

- Brian J. Smith, 22, Atwater, was fined $225 and required 25 hours community service for driving without a valid license, use of an unauthorized plate and failure to control.

- Dennis Baker, 59, state Route 39, Wellsville, was fined $150 for driving under suspension and fictitious plate.

- Oleg Paramushchak, 42, Medina, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from a turn signal violation.

- James E. Filbert Jr., 36, state Route 170, North Lima, was fined $100 and required 20 hours community service for no license and driving under FRA suspension.

- Johnathan S. Russell, 29, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $50 and required 10 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension amended from driving in violation of a restriction.

- Mark R. Hull, 54, Ridge Road, Salem, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct amended from assault. Court documents had accused Hull of attempting to run over Keith Ernst at his mailbox on May 3. Additionally, documents alleged Hull drove in his golf cart to Ernst's house on May 4 to assault him by taking Ernst's walking cane and hitting him with it, punching him while he was on the ground and biting Ernst's finger.

- A Nov. 26 pretrial was set for Rachelle L. Harnevious, 36, North Broadway, Salem, charged with domestic violence for injuries to her live-in boyfriend, Nicholas E. Korda. on Monday. He was transported to Salem Community Hospital after she allegedly struck him in the head with a portable shower head.

- A Dec. 6 pretrial was set for Jason A. Snay, 36, East Chestnut Street, Lisbon, cited with failure to reinstate a license.

- A Dec. 11 pretrial was set for Randy J. Callehan, 22, West Main Street, Salineville, charged with OVI first offense, traffic control devices and possession of a drug abuse instrument.

- A Dec. 17 pretrial was set for Justin M. Lamp, 34, Foundry Hill Road, Summitville, cited with driving under suspension.

- A Dec. 18 pretrial was set for Rodney K. McMurray, 46, Old 14 Road, Columbiana, charged with OVI first offense and failure to control.

- A Dec. 20 pretrial was set for Christopher W. Hanna, 44, Woodworth Road, New Springfield, charged with physical control.

- A Feb. 4 pretrial was set for Patricia L. Bloom, 54, Benton Road, Salem, charged with driving under a 12-point suspension.
