EAST PALESTINE - Taylor D. Bilbo, 20, of Glenwood Avenue, was pronounced dead at the scene from a vehicular accident in Unity Township on state Route 46, early Sunday morning.
Born June 21, 1992, in Salem, he was the son of Doug Bilbo and Tina Noling Bilbo Lipp.
Mr. Bilbo had resided in this area for the past nine years, coming from Mississippi. He had been employed with STG Communications in Columbiana.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Tina and Audie Lipp, with whom he resided; his father of Mississippi; his grandparents, John and Mildred Kendrew of Rochester, Pa.; a sister, Katlyn Bilbo at home; and two stepsisters, Haylie and Emilie Lipp.
The funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at East Carmel Cemetery in Rogers with the Rev. Dale Crum of the Old Springfield Church of Christ officiating. Burial will follow in the cemetery.
