- Kimberly K. Vandress, 49, Westville Lake Road, Beloit, was cited for assured clear distance Friday after her vehicle reportedly struck the rear of a van driven by Tina M. Lippiatt, 43, Carey Road, Salem, while both were westbound on township Road 800.

- Albert J. Lattanzio, 18, Dyke Road, Rogers, was cited for assured clear distance after reportedly striking the rear of a vehicle driven by Robert Lee Keaton, 47, North Hollywood Drive, East Liverpool, while both were southbound on state Route 7. According to reports, Keaton had slowed in traffic when his vehicle was struck.

- Theresa H. Leasure, 37, North Park Avenue, Alliance, was cited after turning left from county Road 401, striking a vehicle being driven east on U.S. Route 62 by Laurie A. Thomas, 61, West Nevada Avenue, Sebring. Both were transported by EMT ambulance to Alliance Hospital.

-Thomas R. Blocksom, 60, state Route 517, Columbiana, was cited after he reportedly made a wide right turn while northbound on Vine Street, striking a vehicle driven by Gregory Allen Snider, 41, Moundsville, W.Va.,who was westbound on Main Street.

-Elliott P. McMurray, 22, East State Street, Salem, was cited for assured clear distance and leaving the scene of an injury accident after striking the rear of a vehicle driven by Salvatore M. Raneri, 38, Jersey Ridge Road, Salem, while both were westbound on state Route 344. After the crash, Raneri's vehicle went off the road, striking a tree, and McMurray reportedly left the scene but came to the patrol barracks four days later after attempts were made to contact him.
