SALEM- A four-vehicle crash closed the state Route 14 overpass for 45 minutes Friday morning. No one was seriously injured in the crash, but debris was strewn across the roadway while Salem police diverted traffic and Salem First Responders tended to the drivers.
Donald C. Logan, 52, 585 Parkview Drive, Columbiana, was cited for failure to control after allegedly traveling left of center while westbound at 8:03 a.m. According to the crash report, he struck an eastbound vehicle driven Renee E. Torok, 47, Sebring, and then another eastbound vehicle driven by Annastasia M. Woods, 28, Salem.
Torok's vehicle, after being struck by Logan's, reportedly struck the south curb and traveled left of center while spinning westbound and struck a westbound vehicle driven by Hazel Ewing, 81, Salem.
Torok, Woods and Ewing were treated on scene for possible injuries.
