LISBON - Conner R. Sell, 21, state Route 534, Damascus, was served a secret indictment for a first-degree misdemeanor vehicular homicide charge. According to court documents, Sell caused the death of Jessie E. Mitchell on Feb. 17.
Matthew J. Sharp, 31, Chris Avenue, Washingtonville, was served an indictment for a burglary charge, a third-degree felony. Court documents allege Sharp, on Aug. 15, trespassed into the home of Jack Solomon, Butcher Road, Salem.
Sharp and Sell were indicted by the Columbiana County grand jury in October.
Douglas G. Pridemore, 43, last known address Dresden Avenue, East Liverpool, was served a warrant for failure to appear on a 2010 case.
