- Zachary F. Hein, 24, U.S. Route 30, Minerva, was westbound on U.S. 30 in West Township at 1:17 a.m. Friday and swerved to miss a deer and went off the right side of the road, hit a guardrail and overturned.

- Robert E. Saphone, 46, Bell Road, Lisbon, was northbound on state Route 7 in Madison Township at 2:50 p.m. Monday and Zachary T. Seidner, 16, Walnut Street, Rogers, failed to yield from a private drive and struck Saphone's vehicle. Seidner was cited for right of way.

- James C. Gaston, 74, Sycamore Drive, New Waterford, was southbound on state Route 7 in Elkrun Township at 8:45 a.m. Monday and hit a tree limb that was hanging in the road.

- Janet G. Marnejon, 52, Kirk Road, Columbiana, was southbound on state Route 7 in Fairfield Township at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday and hit a tree limb that was laying across the road.

- Matthew Lynn Wherry, 19, Eagleton Road, Lisbon, and Gail A. Bergman, 59, Jones Drive, Salem, were southbound on state Route 45 in Salem at 3:53 p.m. Saturday and Bergman was stopped waiting to make a left hand turn onto Salem Grange Road and was struck by Wherry, who was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

- Jessica Taylor Miller, 16, Liberty Street, Salem, was westbound on Hartley Road in Knox Township at 4:56 p.m. Friday and lost control and went off the left side of the road and hit a ditch. She was cited for failure to control and taken to Alliance Hospital with possible injuries.
