LISBON - Cody W. Harmon, 24, Waterford Road, New Waterford, was served a secret indictment from the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on Tuesday. Harmon is charged with theft and misuse of credit cards. According to court documents, Harmon is accused of taking between $1,000 and $7,500 in cash from Donna Sorrell, as well as using her credit card between April 14 and May 8.
Derrick J. Faulkner, 28, West Pershing Street, Salem, was served a secret indictment for a possession of heroin charge, a fifth-degree felony.
Robert G. Weyand, 41, Clark Street, East Liverpool, was served with a domestic violence charge for attempting to harm Crystal Shreve, a family member. Weyand reportedly had two previous domestic violence offenses in 1999.
