LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Tuesday, Victoria Lanham, 48, Roller Coaster Road, Lisbon, was placed on three years probation for aggravated menacing. Lanham was accused of pointing a gun at two men in their Jeep on March 15 and telling them if they shine a light at her again she would shoot them.
Paul M. Yasher, 51, New Castle, Pa., was fined $200 for failure to control and hit skip.
Brianne D. Frank, 33, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $150 for failure to stop for a school bus.
Kira Elaine Dunn, 26, Weber Lane, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for speeding in a school zone.
Taylor B. Willard, 19, North Beaver Street, Lisbon, was fined $100 and required 50 hours community service for no license.
A Nov. 27 pretrial was set for Matthew J. Walko, 31, Yeager Drive, Wellsville, charged with OVI first offense, failure to control and a seat belt violation.
A Dec. 4 pretrial was set for Jacob D. Keenan, 20, Quay Road, Negley, charged with possession of marijuana, driving under OVI suspension and speeding.
A Dec. 4 pretrial was set for Jeffrey W. Miller, 31, Sugar Street, East Liverpool, charged with driving under suspension and speeding.
