CLEBURN, Texas - James W. Prior, formerly of Leetonia, died on Aug. 20 following heart complications.
Born Feb. 13, 1940, in Salem, he was the son of the late William Bruce and Mary Marguerite (Walpert) Prior.
Mr. Prior served eight years in the U.S. Air Force, stationed in Wichita, Kan.
Survivors include two brothers, Richard of Westerville, Ohio, and John of Leetonia; his wife, Judy of Cleburn, Texas; six sons, Jeff of Shreveport, La., David and Dan of Fort Worth, Texas, Charlie and James of Wichita, Kan., Richard of Maryland; stepson Phillip of Texas; 21 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Marc.
Memorial services were held Aug. 23 in Fort Worth, Texas.
Arrangements were handled by the Skyvue Funeral Home.
