- Cynthia L. Masters, 36, East Indiana Avenue, Sebring, was recently cited for failure to control for a Sept. 20 accident in Knox Township in which she drove her vehicles off the road and into a lake.
- Keith A. Cusick, 51, Crestview Road, New Waterford, was southbound on state Route 7 in Columbiana at 7:50 a.m. Monday and reportedly passed out due to a medical condition and went left of center and struck a guard rail. He was cited for failure to control.
