LISBON - In Columbiana County Common Pleas Court, Brian Clark and Great Lakes Associates LLC was awarded a $400,000 judgment from defendants Robert B. Hull and Clean Room Installations Inc.
Additionally, Judge C. Ashley Pike ordered Hull to permit Great Lakes Associates full access to all the records and documents of Clean Room Installations. Additionally, Clark is authorized to complete the contract obligations of Clean Room Installations, collect any money due for projects and use it to pay subcontractors, suppliers and others owed money by Clean Room Installations.
Clark had alleged Hull had misappropriated the money while the two were in business together as Clean Room Installations.
