ENON VALLEY, Pa. - Timmy G. Lindner, 67, of Cass Street, died Monday afternoon at the Heritage Valley Medical Center in Beaver where he had been admitted earlier that day.
Born March 3, 1945, in Enon Valley, he was the son of the late Henry W. and Cecelia I. Henry Lindner.
Mr. Lindner had been employed as a heavy equipment operator with the former Babcock and Wilcox Tubular Products Division, and later with Penn Dot. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He also was a 49-year member of the Enon Valley and Darlington Fire Departments.
Survivors include his wife, the former Janet Libert, whom he married on June 14, 1975; and a brother, Patrick H. Lindner of Enon Valley.
He was preceded in death in July 1993 by a son, Brett A. Lindner.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. today at the Enon Valley Presbyterian Church with Duane Herron officiating.
