At 12:20 p.m. Lisa Kibler, Salida Road, Mentor on Lake, reported Nichalous Steele refused to return her child. A deputy spoke with Nichalous Steele who said he was not going to return the child despite the deputy warning him of the repercussions of not adhering to custody agreements.
A Georgetown Road, Homeworth, woman reported at 11:22 a.m. Friday a suspicious person in a black SUV was taking pictures of her home and when she confronted them about it they said they were from the auditor's office.

- A Park View Drive, Hanoverton, man reported at 2:47 p.m. Friday someone egged his house, damaged some screens and ran over his mailbox over the last three nights.
