NORTH ROYALTON - Elizabeth M. (Loesch) Sabella 90, of North Royalton, formerly of Salem, died at 3:25 a.m. Wednesday at her home.
She was born on Dec. 21, 1921 in Salem, a daughter of the late John and Regina (Tischler) Loesch.
She moved from Salem to Youngstown, Austintown then to North Royalton and was employed for many years at Modern Builders as a press operator.
She is survived by a daughter Shirley Zavatsky of North Royalton and a son John Sabella of Austintown; a sister Emma L. Kastenhuber of Salem; four grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Nickolas James Sabella in 1974; two sons, Frank and Robert; six siblings, Regina Barnes, Anna Bentley, John "Poke" Loesch, Arthur Loesch, Joan Alexander and Walter T. Loesch; and one grand daughter, Lisa Sabella.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen Funeral Home with the Rev. Kari Lankford officiating. The burial will follow at Grandview Cemetery.
A time of visitation will be held one hour prior. Memorial contributions can be made to any local Salvation Army.
