LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Monday, an Oct. 18 preliminary hearing was set for a Salem woman accused setting a fire in her home Friday morning in an attempt to harm herself. Kathy J. Diantonio, 58, East Fourth Street, Salem, is charged with aggravated arson. She remains in custody on a $50,000 cash or surety bond.

James Shaffer was fined $300 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and two counts of reckless operation.

Wesley L. Miller, 33, Slippery Rock, Pa., was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from commercial speeding.

Thomas M. Lynch, 30, Ohio Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $130 for driving without a valid license and failure to control.

Jimmy Colon, 39, Linden Avenue, Alliance, was fined $130 for driving under suspension and speeding.

Nicole L. Louk, 33, Youngstown, was fined $100 for lights required and no license amended from driving under FRA suspension.

An Oct. 18 pretrial was set for Tiffany G. Walls, 31, Pritchard Avenue, Lisbon, charged with four counts of theft. Walls is accused of entering four vehicles on Chestnut Street on Sunday and admitting to taking money to buy alcohol. Bond was set at $25,000 cash or surety.

A Nov. 20 pretrial was set for Michael E. Neeld, 24, Rapid River, Mich., cited with failure to yield.

A Nov. 27 pretrial was set for Heidi S. Prine, 39, Taylor Road, Negley, cited with animals running at large after her horses reportedly went into a neighbor's barn and onto a neighbor's property twice in April, once in June and again on the last day of September.

A Dec. 3 pretrial was set for Kathleen M. Kearns, 19, Wampum, Pa., cited with wrongful entrustment.
