HIGHWAY PATROL

October 15, 2012
Salem News

- A woman involved in two separate crashes within minutes of each other was charged with OVI, leaving the scene and failure to control. Pamela S. Bradds, 44, Bell Road, Lisbon was northbound on County Road 432 in Unity Township when she reportedly drove off the left side, striking a fence and ditch, then continued to drive, striking another section of fence. She then drove from the scene on state Route 46, with a witness following her van to obtain a license plate number. About a half hour later, with two flat tires from the earlier crash, Bradds reportedly went off the right side of Township Road 939 in Middleton Township, striking an embankment.

- The patrol is investigating a one-car crash Wednesday night in St. Clair Township on Dresden Avenue in which the driver, Donald E. McDole, East Liverpool, and Katrina K. Shaffalo, Rogers, were both injured. Both were taken to East Liverpool City Hospital then flown to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. No other details were reported Sunday.
