- Diana Good, Forest Street, Lisbon, reported at 11:32 a.m. Monday she hired a man to put a new floor in her bedroom and he came with two other people on Sept. 24 to do the work. On Oct. 3, she saw her brother's girlfriend wearing a diamond ring which looked like hers. The other woman told her the ring was sold to her for $20 by one of the men who had worked at Good's home. She is missing a blue sapphire ring with diamonds, a white gold cluster ring and a diamond tennis bracelet, which she found one identical to it at Cashland in Salem.

- Sharon Dowd, Rauch Road, East Palestine, reported at 9:56 a.m. Monday she found a $126 charge on her credit card from calvinklein.com, a website from which she had not ordered.

- Someone was reported running bulldozers at Oxford Mining, Fairmont Road, Lisbon, at 10:51 p.m. Saturday. Deputies found two bulldozers running when they arrived. One was stopped and the other was moving slowly until it ran into the blade of the other bulldozer and stopped. There was no one in the machines, but deputies saw someone run into the woods. Mykel John Simms, 19, Elk Alley, Lisbon, and Michael I. Baker, 18, Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road, East Liverpool, were both charged with criminal trespassing.

- Ron Simpson, North Pleasant Drive, East Palestine, reported at 3:32 p.m. Sunday a friend asked if they could park on his property and he gave them consent, but the next day he found damage on both his vehicle and his girlfriend's.

- A Mr. Bookman, Smith Road, Negley, reported at 6:20 p.m. Sunday his neighbor on state Route 170 has been shooting and trespassing on his property.

- Timothy Troyer, Gavers Road, Hanoverton, reported at 10:26 p.m. Sunday his girlfriend's ex-boyfriend threatened him and his girlfriend. Deputies spoke to the ex-boyfriend who denied making threats.

- Chris Conley, Homewood Avenue, Youngstown, reported at 10:17 p.m. Friday when he left from work at the Spread Eagle Tavern, he ran over nails someone had put under his tire.
