LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Tuesday, Kimberly Henline, 44, Bunker Hill Road, Leetonia, was fined $150 and required 25 hours community service for no license and a turn signal violation. A charge of hit skip was dismissed with consent of the police officer and the victim in the case. The charges stemmed from a crash on state Route 344 near state Route 164 in Fairfield Township on May 20.
Shawn Allen Legg, 48, Moundsville, W.Va., was fined $150 for speeding and no license.
