- Pamela S. Bradds, 44, Bell Road, Lisbon, was charged with OVI, leaving the scene and failure to control following a pair of traffic crashes on Sept. 14. At 6:20 p.m. Bradds was reportedly northbound on Bye Road in Unity Township and went off the left side of the road, striking a fence and ditch. She then reportedly struck another section of the fence and drove away on state Route 46. With her tires already flattened by the first crash, at 6:59 p.m. Bradds, southbound on Vale Road in Middleton Township reportedly failed to control the vehicle on a curve and struck an embankment. Additionally, Bradds was found to have a felony warrant from Montgomery County Sheriff's Office. Neither Bradds nor her passenger Samuel R. Bailey, 61, Pioneer Road, Negley, were injured.

- Robert D. Forbes, 32 Foundry Hill Road, Salineville, was eastbound on Cameron Road in Madison Township at 9:04 a.m. Wednesday when he lost control, slid off the right side of the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned. He was cited with driving without reasonable control. Forbes was checked for injuries by Northstar Ambulance, but not transported.

- Michael D. Morris, 45, Murray Road, East Rochester, and Joseph T. Brazil, 31, Alexandria, La., were both driving northbound on Depot Road at 11:33 a.m. Tuesday and stopped at a stop sign with the intersection for state Route 172. Morris, who was driving a dump truck owned by Acme Co., Youngstown, backed up for a commercial vehicle making a left turn onto Depot and struck the front of the pickup Brazil was driving, which is owned by Chesapeake Midstream Management of Canton. No injuries were reported. Morris was cited with improper backing.

- Virginia M. Sorrell, 78, West Main Street, East Palestine, was eastbound on state Route 14 in Unity Township at 1:16 p.m. Sept. 19 when a northbound vehicle driven by Erin M. Huston, 21, Waterford Road, New Waterford, pulled from the stop sign on Waterford Road. Huston's vehicle was struck by Sorrell, who was treated by East Palestine EMS for minor injuries. Huston was cited for failure to yield.

- Vernon L. Powell, 65, Elkton Road, Lisbon, was northbound on state Route 45 in Salem Township at 2:22 p.m. Sept. 18, when a vehicle driven by Amanda M. Wilson, 27, state Route 45, Lisbon, pulled from the stop sign westbound on Salem Grange Road. Powell's vehicle struck Wilson. Both drivers along with Wilson's passengers, Kila McLaughlin, 20, P.O. Box 22, New Waterford, Sara White, 25, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, and Trinity Perdue, 5, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, were taken by Salem EMS to Salem Community Hospital with minor injuries. Another passenger, in Wilson's vehicle, an infant Kainin Miller, was listed with only possible injuries and also checked at the hospital. Wilson was cited with failure to yield.

- Both the driver and a passenger were ejected from a motorcycle at 5:29 p.m. Sept. 18, after it was westbound on state Route 558 in Unity Township, went off the right side of the roadway, struck a ditch, a culvert and went airborne. The motorcycle was owned by William R. Harrison, West Perry Street, Salem. The report did not indicate the names of the driver or passenger, nor the severity of their injuries. New Waterford EMS were at the scene.

- Signe M. Anderson, 30, Union Street, Columbiana, and Cale A. Armstrong, 21, Blueberry Drive, Columbiana, were both westbound on state Route 164 near Lower Elkton Road in Columbiana at 6:07 p.m. Sept. 15 when Armstrong struck Anderson from behind and then fled the scene before filing a report with the highway patrol. Armstrong was cited with assured clear distance.

- Timothy K. Blakmon, 25, Salem Church Road, Homeworth, reported at 10:45 a.m. Sept. 13, he had been stopped at a stop sign on Center Road in Knox Township and was rear-ended by someone driving a silver Jeep, which then fled the scene eastbound. No evidence of the crash was found at the scene.

- Mark A. Cosma, 54, Homeworth Road, Alliance, and Karen S. Brandonisio, 59, Homeworth Road, Alliance, were both driving northbound on Homeworth Road at 9:54 a.m. Sept. 15, when Cosma slowed to turn into a driveway and reportedly was struck from behind by Brandonisio. Brandonisio was cited with assured clear distance and OVI. She was taken by Cosma's wife, Susan Cosma, to the Alliance Community Hospital to be checked for possible injuries.

- Breanne N. Little, 25, state Route 558, Leetonia, was southbound on Lisbon Road in Salem Township at 3:46 a.m. Sept. 4, when she reportedly failed to negotiate a curve to the left. Little drove off the right side of the road, struck a mailbox, two utility poles and a parked car. He vehicle then overturned. Little reportedly suffered minor injuries and was taken from the vehicle by her husband, Adam Little, who was reportedly following her. Little was cited with OVI, failure to control and a seat belt violation.
