-Harold N. Baker, 82, state Route 558, New Waterford, was westbound on state Route 558 in Unity Township at 3:15 p.m. Sept. 19 and was struck by Sara C. Noling, 25, North Market Street, East Palestine, who was also in the westbound lane and had attempted to pass his vehicle. Noling was cited for improper passing and driving under suspension.

- James W. Minerd, 45, Crestview Road, New Waterford, was westbound on Crestview road in Fairfield Township at 1:25 p.m. Sept. 22 and lost control going off the right left side and struck a wood fence. He was cited for failure to control, driving under suspension and OVI.

-Cole M. Potts, 19, Idaho Avenue, East Liverpool, was westbound on Osbourne Road in Madison Township at 5:20 p.m. Sept. 21 and failed to stop for a stop sign and struck Dakota K. Frank, 17, state route 39, Wellsville, who was southbound on McCormick Run Road. Frank's vehicle then overturned twice into a ditch. He was treated for possible injuries at the scene by Northstar EMS and Potts was cited for failure to stop.

-Craig D. Noel, 24, Bacon Avenue, East Palestine, was northbound on Hunston Road in Unity Township at 7:30 a.m. Sept. 21 and lost control and went off the left side and into a ditch. He was cited for failure to control.

- Robert S. Peters, 47, Case Road, Beloit, and Allen R. Dorsey, 51, state Route 534, Damascus, were eastbound on U.S. 62 in Knox Township at 3:53 p.m. Sept. 20 and Dorsey slowed to stop and was struck by Peters. Peters was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
