LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Tuesday, Jeffery T. McCain, 37, West State Street, Salem, was sentenced to one day in jail, required 30 hours of community service and fined $100 for theft for pumping gas at Duke and Duchess in Columbiana on Sept. 12 and driving away without paying.

Todd A. Kirtley, 29, West Main Street, New Waterford, was fined $130 and required 20 hours community service for fictitious registration, driving under suspension and a seat belt violation.

Derik Scott Lodge, 21, West State Street, Salem, was fined $50 for no license.

Paula K. Jewell, 49, state Route 558, Leetonia, was fined $30 for failure to control and a seat belt violation during a one-vehicle traffic crash on Sept. 11.

An Oct. 23 pretrial was set for Gregory L. Harper, 42, Middletown Road, North Benton, cited with failure to reinstate a license.

A Nov. 8 pretrial was set for Anthony J. Rock, 26, Darlington, Pa., cited with falsification, failure to reinstate a license and failure to display a valid sticker. The falsification citation was due to Rock allegedly providing police his cousin's information during an Aug. 25 traffic stop.

A Nov. 13 pretrial was set for Ty-Juan R. Young-Bright, 31, Youngstown, cited with speeding.

A driving under FRA suspension citation against Anthony J. Adams, 35, West Salem Street, Columbiana, was dismissed.
