LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Monday, Forrest Lee Patterson, 41, Lincoln Avenue, East Liverpool, was bound over to the county grand jury on a carrying a concealed weapon charge. Patterson was allegedly asleep in a pickup in a driveway on Dutchtown School Road near state Route 7 with a gun with one bullet in the magazine inside a backpack near his side. Bond was continued at $100,000 cash or surety.

Marcus Boris Kocijan, 28, New Cumberland, W.Va., was fined $150 for lighted lights required amended from a stop sign violation.

Joshua L. Swanson, 24, Richey School Road, Hanoverton, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct for fighting in the Butech lot on Aug. 26.

Tiffany A. Potts, 25, Hickory Lane, Salem, was fined $50 for disorderly conduct for fighting in the Butech lot on Aug. 26.

An Oct. 1 pretrial was set for Richard C. Brendlinger Jr., 39, West Washington Street, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence for allegedly tossing the table over at his wife and brandishing a firearm while threatening to shoot both his wife and himself.

An Oct. 11 pretrial was set for Karen S. Brandonisio, 49, Homeworth Road, Alliance, charged with OVI first offense and assured clear distance.

An Oct. 11 pretrial was set for Angel D. Hartley, 39, Seventh Avenue, East Liverpool, cited with passing bad checks for allegedly writing a $76 check on a closed account to Morgan's Drug Store on July 30.

An Oct. 16 pretrial was set for Peter J. Egan, 52, East State Street, Alliance, charged with OVI first offense, failure to yield the right of way, possession of marijuana and open container.

An Oct. 22 pretrial was set for David L. Spencer Jr., 26, Kibler Road, New Waterford, charged with OVI first offense and traffic control devices.

An Oct. 25 pretrial was set for Michael E. Baun, 27, Nantucket Circle, Alliance, charged with carrying a concealed weapon and improper passing. Baun allegedly had a large survival knife and folding knife in the center console.

An Oct. 29 pretrial was set for Larry R. Petrozzi Jr., 26, Akron, charged with OVI first offense and speeding.

A Nov. 13 pretrial was set for Kevin C. Blackburn, 27, East Fifth Street, Salem, charged with OVI first offense, failure to control, hit skip, lane violations, drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of drugs for alleged marijuana, Clonazepam and Alprazolam in his possession.
