LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Thursday Krissy L. Billiter, 19, Fairway Road, East Liverpool, was fined $250, placed on on year intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for underage consumption.

- Christopher W. Thomas, 41, Northstar Avenue, Alliance, was fined $300, sentenced 10 days jail, placed on one year intensive probation and ordered to perform 40 hours community service for theft and criminal trespass.

- Dawn M. Johnson, was fined $150, sentenced one day jail with one day credit for time served, placed on one year intensive probation and ordered to perform 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct while voluntarily intoxicated.

- Donald Fletcher, 48, Homeworth Road, Homeworth, was fined $250 for driving under suspension restriction and assured clear distance ahead.

- George C. Bryant, 62, Scott Drive, Alliance, was fined $150, sentenced three days jail with three days credit for time served, placed on one year basic probation and ordered to attend anger management classes at the county counseling center for assault.

- Gerald Timmann, 35, Hartley Avenue, Salem, was fined $805, sentenced three days jail, placed on one year intensive probation, had his driver's license suspended six months and was ordered to perform 50 hours community service for OVI first offense, failure to reinstate license and left of center.

- A Nov. 8 pretrial was set for Mark A. Greene, 44, Youngstown, charged with speeding.

- A Nov. 15 pretrial was set for Danielle Renee Jenkins, 26, West Woodland Avenue, Columbiana, charged with driving under suspension.

- A Nov. 20 pretrial was set for Samuel A. Spilios, 30, Canton, charged with driving under suspension restriction and failure to display valid sticker.

- An Oct. 11 pretrial was set for Karen S. Brandonisio, 59, Homeworth Road, Alliance, charged with OVI first offense and assured clear distance ahead.

- A Sept. 27 pretrial was set for Brian T. Lewis, 36, state Route 45, Lisbon, charged with assault.

- A Nov. 8 motion hearing was set for Richard L. Colapietro, 34, Youngstown, charged with OVI first offense and improper turn.
