GREENFORD - The Goshen Township police district handled a total of 481 events in Green Township during August, according to Police Chief Steve T. McDaniel.
The department made 204 residence checks and 133 business checks while making 67 traffic stops and handling 12 traffic complaints.
Police handled eight suspicious vehicle and person complaints, seven animal complaint and seven alarm drops.
There were three car versus deer crashes, two sex offenses and two adult OVIs while police handled two domestic violence and six theft complaints.
Seven patrol vehicles totaled 6,138 miles while patrolling the district.
