LISBON - Charles E. Crank Jr., 53, last known address, East Fourth Street, Salem, was sentenced in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court last Friday to 12 months in prison after his probation was revoked for a previous 2011 conviction of failure to comply with a signal from a police officer. He was granted credit for eight days served.
Crank pleaded guilty in November 2011 after driving the wrong direction northbound in the southbound lane of state Route 11 while impaired by a drug in March 2011. He had refused to stop causing the highway patrol to use spikes in order to get him to stop.
