LISBON - Joseph M. Albright, 35, Wooster, was served a warrant in Medina County on secret indictment for an assault charge. According to court documents, Albright is accused of harming Collin Chambers last Nov. 27. The indictment was issued by the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury in March.
