Son, Brenden Kenneth Simon, born at 5:54 p.m. July 27, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, to Kristen and Brett Simon, 2770 Cornish Court, Powell.
Brenden weighed 8 pounds and 1 ounce and was 20 1/2 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Ken and Cindy Kenst of Salem.
Paternal grandparents are Lee and Susan Simon of Salem.
Daughter, Avery Elizabeth Ostarchvic, born Aug. 28, to Mark and Amy Ostarchvic of Kidron.
Avery weighed 6 pounds and 2 ounces and was 18 inches long.
