LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday Sedrick A. Lippiatt, 19, New Garden Avenue, Salem, was fined $100, placed on one year intensive probation and ordered to perform 20 hours community service for no driver's license and U-turn.

Raymond E. Crosser Jr., 47, West Spruce Street, Lisbon, was fined $130, placed on one year intensive probation and ordered to perform 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.

Peggy D. Robinson, 35, Creek Road, New Waterford, was fined $100, placed on one year intensive probation and ordered to perform 20 hours community service for driving under FR suspension. An Oct. 11 pretrial was set for possession of drugs charge.

Heather K. Ferguson, 27, Chris, Washingtonville, was fined $300, given credit for 10 days jail served, and placed on two years basic probation for two counts theft and criminal trespass.

A Nov. 20 review hearing was set for Kyle D. Thrasher, 32, Valley Road, Salem, charged with theft and possession of criminal tools.

An Oct. 4 pretrial was set for Anthony V. Mascaralla, 24, Youngstown, charged with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

An Oct. 2 pretrial was set for Joshua R. Keenan, 18, St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs, OVI first offense, driving without a valid license, broken windshield and seat belt.

A Sept. 11 pretrial was set for Chad R. Brady, 31, Beloit, charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, OVI first offense, driving under suspension and assured clear distance ahead.

A Jan. 15, 2013 review hearing was set for William E. Oiler Jr., 32, state Route 45, Lisbon, charged with OVI first offense, unsafe vehicle, seat belt and drug paraphernalia.
