LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Thursday, Eugene W. Fedak, 59, state Route 170, East Palestine, was fined $50, placed on one year intensive probation and ordered to perform 10 hours community service for no driver's license.
John P. Bartos III, 29, Weirton, W.Va., was fined $280, placed on one year intensive probation and ordered to perform 40 hours community service for driving under suspension and no seat belt.
Jeremy A. Bender, 34, North Broadway, Salem, was released from prison for time served for public indecency.
