LISBON -- In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday, a Sept. 6 pretrial was set for Brian K. Miller, 32, Grant Street, Lisbon, charged with theft.

According to court documents, a security camera captured Miller allegedly taking $46 from the title department, removing the money from the title waiting to be processed and throwing the title work into the garbage on Tuesday. Bond was set at $25,000 cash or surety.

Additionally a probable cause hearing was set Sept. 6 for Miller to determine if there has been a possible probation violation for a previous disorderly conduct conviction.

Anthony V. Mascarella, 24, Youngstown, was fined $205 for driving under suspension, speeding and a seat belt violation.

Keith P. McCue, 28, Darlington, Pa., was fined $100 and had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana. An Oct. 1 pretrial was set for a headlight violation.

James Brinker, 51, Steubenville Pike Road, Hammondsville, was fined $50 for distributing cigarettes to a 16-year-old.

Brandi L. Haines, 31, Independence Square, Wellville, was fined $30 for a red light violation.

A Sept. 24 pretrial was set for William B. Barwick, 60, Youngstown, cited with driving under OVI suspension.

A Sept. 27 pretrial was set for Samson A. Crowl, 28, Cherry Street, Salem, cited with driving under suspension.

An Oct. 1 pretrial was set for Raymond E. Woods Jr., 53, Latta Road, East Palestine, cited with disobeying a traffic control device.

An Oct. 4 pretrial was set for Albert L. Baker III, 36, Gavers Road, Hanoverton, charged with domestic violence after allegedly yelling and throwing things while he was angry, making his girlfriend afraid for her safety on Friday.
