- A Summit Street, Leetonia, woman reported at 8:33 p.m. Tuesday her child's father assaulted her while she was picking up the child at his home. She claimed he grabbed her by the face and slammed her to the ground. He told deputies he had questioned her about a new car seat she had purchased and she had been yelling at him. He said he started to walk away when she punched him in the back. Statements were collected and the matter will be forwarded to the prosecutor's office.

- A state Route 7, New Waterford, woman reported at 7:100 p.m. Tuesday she came home and found 42 tablets of Vicodin missing from her prescription bottle with 11 tablets left inside.

- A Gavers Road, Hanoverton, woman reported at 11:57 a.m. Monday she was assaulted by the manager of One Stop in Hanoverton. She claimed she was hit in the chest and kicked while she was pushed out the front door of the business. The manager told deputies the woman was acting disorderly in the store and she asked her to leave, but she refused. She then pushed the woman out of the store and told her not to come back.

- A Westville Lake Road, Beloit, man reported at 12:33 p.m. Sunday he received a letter from Sirius XM Radio about him receiving a free three-month trial. However, he already has an active subscription to the service and when he called them he learned someone else had opened an account in his name.

- A resident of American Health Care Center, Beard Road, New Waterford, reported at 1:16 p.m. Tuesday another resident threw a plastic cup and hit him in the head. He was not injured and the resident apologized and was warned not to act out again.

- A Bell Road, Lisbon, man reported at 8:06 a.m. Wednesday his ex-girlfriend moved out more than a month ago, but she continues to come back and start issues.

- A Pancake Clarkson Road, Lisbon, woman reported at 8:20 a.m. Wednesday her grandfather has been yelling at her children at the bus stop. He reportedly has been yelling at other family members for years. Deputies spoke to the grandfather who said he is 90, gave them two acres behind him and all they do is harass him.

- John Sanford, a guard at a well site on Peace Valley Road working for Chesapeake Energy, reported at 6 p.m. Monday a man drove by slowly, glaring and pointing a rifle or shotgun at him.

- A state Route 7, New Waterford, man reported at 5:26 p.m. Monday his 19-year-old son was disrespectful to him after he and his wife argued. The situation had calmed and there were no reports of violence.

- An East Lake Road, Lisbon, man reported at 5:23 p.m. Monday someone painted his trees, picnic table, yard and mailbox with swastikas, words and vulgar drawings. Someone also put pornographic decals on his Jeep and tore the door off his mailbox.

-A Mountz Road, Salem, woman reported at 11 a.m. Tuesday that after reading other sheriff's reports in the newspaper she wished to report about a week earlier a woman knocked on her door and asked for some water for her van, which was overheating. The woman gave her some water and three men got out of the van, asking a bunch of questions about her husband, where he worked and if his trucks were for sale.

- Matt Hall of the Butler Township garage reported at 11:55 a.m. Tuesday they left a tractor along an oil well roadway overnight and someone took the battery.
