Mental Health board to meet Tuesday

LISBON- The Columbiana County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at its offices, 27 Vista Drive.

Community Center offers computer course

SALEM- The Salem Community Center is holding a six-week computer course, Intro to Computers. Classes will be held from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on Thursdays beginning Aug. 30. Computers will be provided or you may bring your own. To register or for information call 330-332-5885.

Daredevil pilots topic at library

LEETONIA- The Leetonia Community Public Library will host a presentation by Paul Rohrbaugh, "September's Eagles," at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday. Learn about the daredevil pilots who flew at Cleveland Municipal Airport from 1929-1939, and from 1947-1949 during the National Air Races as well as the Labor Day climax event, the Thompson Trophy race, the ultimate test of men and machine.

Family Fall Fun Day set in Salem

SALEM- The Salem Area Chamber of Commerce has set Family Fall Fun Day for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 22 in downtown Salem. Plans are under way to have local clubs, organizations and churches set up tables in front of businesses and within McCulloch Park. There will be hayrides, a petting zoo, various children's activities, the Salem Farmer's Market and Quakertown Trolley tours provided by the Salem Historical Society. Attendees are encouraged to shop the downtown businesses during this annual event. Leetonia 1947 plans 65-year reunion

LEETONIA- The Leetonia High School Class of 1947 will hold its 65-year reunion from 4 to 8 p.m., with a buffet dinner at 5:30 p.m., Sept. 15 at the Leetonia Community Public Library, 181 Walnut St. Reservations must be submitted before Sept. 8 by calling Betsy Shafer at 330-337-6509.

God's Quad featured at Jay Club

SALEM- The Jay Club of the First Christian Church, 1151 E. Sixth St., will host a free concert featuring the God's Quad Quartet at 2 p.m. Sept. 9 in the Worship Center.

Family Fun Day in East Liverpool

EAST LIVERPOOL- The First Free Methodist Church, 16260 St. Clair Ave., will host its third annual Family Fun Day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Activities include food, fun and games for all ages.

Breast feeding support group
