- Kalijha W. Talbot, 21, Osborne Road, Salineville, was southbound on Sanor Road in Hanover Township at 4 a.m. Sunday and drove off the left side and struck a ditch, a rock and overturned. He was cited for failure to control, seat belt and OVI and taken to East Liverpool Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.
