LISBON - Justin K. McBride, 25, Ohio Avenue, East Liverpool, was served a secret indictment Friday for two counts of possession of drugs for heroin and cocaine he allegedly had in his possession on March 29. The indictment was issued by the Columbiana County grand jury in July.
