LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Monday, Cory S. Witherow, 25, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, was bound over to the common pleas court grand jury on two counts of theft. Witherow is accused of taking 10 blank checks from a relative's home and writing the checks to himself cashing them between July 18 and Aug. 4 for a total of $1,160. Additionally, he is accused of selling a pickup truck on Aug. 7 to Six Recycling for $300 without the consent of the owner, Trevor Needham.

Adrianna Luisa Sanchez, 19, West Maple Street, Lisbon, was fined $1,000 and required 30 hours of community service for underage consumption on Aug. 11. Sanchez was further ordered to serve 30 days in jail following a diversion review hearing set for Feb. 11.

Carl J. Poynter, 26, Goshen Road, Salem, was fined $350, sentenced to three days in jail and required 30 hours community service for hit skip on private property and failure to control for a traffic crash on Aug. 12 in Butler Township.

Erica L. Thomas, 33, Middle Beaver Road, Lisbon, was fined $250, sentenced to one day in jail and required 40 hours community service for domestic violence for trying to stab her husband, cutting his left arm, and then throwing a frying pan and pipe wrench at him, striking him in the shoulder.

Robin K. Dubbert, 53, West Martin Street, East Palestine, was fined $250 for permitting underage consumption for selling a case of beer to an 18-year-old at the Marathon in East Palestine on Saturday.

Ashley A. Johnson, 26, Clarks Mill Road, Hammondsville, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct while intoxicated while being in Kiwanis Park in Salineville on Aug. 14.

Brittany R. Sisco, 21, East Martin Street, East Palestine, and Melinda S. McCready, 25, East Martin Street, East Palestine, were each fined $150 for disorderly conduct for turbulent behavior on Thursday.

Kaylynn R. Keener, 24, North Shady Lane Drive, East Liverpool, was fined $150 and required 50 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension.

Edward M. Campbell, 53, Woodworth Road, North Lima, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct in Salem on Aug. 8.

Michael J. Parker, 29, Rochester Road, Kensington, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.

Brad K. Pittman, 35, Maple Street, Lisbon, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct for his involvement in a fight at the Salem Walmart on Sunday.

Adam J. Zola, 23, Sharpsville, was fined $150 for speeding.

Daniel Ree, 49, West Martin Street, East Palestine, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for choking Alicia Stafford, who he lived with on July 21 at a McClure Avenue, East Palestine, home.

Billy R. Bahler, 30, Knox School Road, Alliance, was fined $100 for speeding.

Wayne A. Gorby, 34, Vale Road, Rogers, was fined $75 for wrongful entrustment.

Nicole L. Hays, 38, state Route 7, Rogers, was fined $50 for use of an unauthorized plate.

Brandon A. Homan, 19, Roller Road, Salem, was fined $50 for reckless operation.

A Sept. 18 pretrial was set for Jeff Beadnell, 39, Dinch Road, Salineville, charged with OVI first offense and reckless operation.

A Sept. 20 pretrial was set for Joseph A. Benedetti, 26, Pine Lake Road, Beloit, cited with disorderly conduct for allegedly engaging in a fight at a Salem Grange Road, Salem, home, hitting at least one person there on June 23.

A Sept. 20 pretrial was set for Diane L. Payne, 54, West Main Street, East Palestine, charged with OVI first offense and failure to control.

An Oct. 1 pretrial was set for Dottie M. Geis, 71, Beaver Street, Lisbon, cited with public intoxication.
