George E. Coldsnow

MINERVA - George E. Coldsnow, 69, of Minerva, died Thursday in his home.

He was born Sept. 23, 1942, in Carroll County, the son of Frank and Anna (Mardis) Coldsnow.

Mr. Coldsnow was a retired self-employed truck driver for many years and had worked 18 years for Dyneer Corporation in Canton. He was a member of Grace Chapel in Minerva.

He was preceded in death in 2010 by his wife, Marolyn (Tarbet) Coldsnow.

Survivors include three daughters, Tauni (Jeff) Weber of Kensington, Trina Schoeppner of Canton and Melissa Christensen of East Rochester, a sister, Mary (Ken) Hill of Tennessee; two brothers, Everett Coldsnow of East Rochester and Bob Coldsnow of Michigan; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home with Pastor Kirt Henman officiating. Burial will be in Moultrie Chapel Cemetery.
