SALEM - Henry Carl Juhn, 92, of Salem died at 3:06 a.m. Sunday, July 22, 2012 at the Salem Community Hospital.
He was born January 24, 1920 in Salem the son of the late Martin and Katherine (Neitsch) Juhn.
Mr. Juhn retired in 1984 from the Electric Furnace Company. He had also worked for the Goodyear Atomic Corp. and Ralston-Purina Company.
He was a member of the Salem First Baptist Church, a 1937 graduate of Salem High School, a graduate of the University of Miami in Florida with a degree in business administration and a member of the Perry Lodge # 185 of F. & A. M. A veteran of WW II, he served in the 3rd Army.
His wife, Aliliva "Libby" (Reffitt) Juhn, whom he married March 24, 1963, preceded him in death on January 2, 2012.
Survivors include two brothers, Kenneth Juhn and Martin Juhn Jr.
A private service will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Grandview Cemetery Chapel with Pastor Claye Folger.
Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery.
Full Military honors will be performed by the Salem Honor Guard.
