John Davis, left, and Kerri Stewart of the East Palestine Rotary Club recently received the Paul Harris Fellow Award. Named for Rotary's founder, the award is one of the highest in the organization. Harris formed the world's first service club, the Rotary Club of Chicago, on Feb. 23, 1905.
