Amanda Jackson to become bride of Trevor Gardner

Amanda Jackson and Trevor Gardner are announcing their engagement. She is the daughter of Robert and Patricia Jackson of Salem. Mr. Gardner is the son of Dr. James and Lynn Gardner of Salem.

The bride-elect graduated from Salem High School in 1998, received a bachelor's of arts degree in Political Science and Psychology from Otterbein College in 2002 and juris doctorate degree from Capital University Law School in 2005. She is an attorney/partner at Plummer and Jackson, Attorneys at Law, in Salem.

He graduated from Salem High School in 2001, received a bachelor's of science degree in aeronautical studies from Kent State University in 2005 and an associate's of science degree in air traffic control from Community College of Beaver County in 2007. He is an air traffic control specialist at Mansfield-Lahm Control Tower and recently accepted a position as a radar specialist at Cleveland Air Route Traffic Control Center in Oberlin.
