Mr. and Mrs. Curt Mosher to be honored for 60 years of marriage

Former area residents Mr. and Mrs. Curt Mosher of Briny Breezes, Fla., will be honored on the occasion of their 60th wedding anniversary at a private brunch from 9 a.m. to noon July 15 at Grand Oaks Event Center in Grove City, Ohio, following their granddaughter's wedding.

The former Beverly Bayless and Mr. Mosher were married Aug. 9, 1952, at Damascus Friends Church. His father, the Rev. Robert Mosher, officiated.

The couple's children and spouses are Mrs. Richard (Debbie) Hawk of Salem, Randall (Peggy) Mosher of Grove City, Ohio, Russell Mosher of Dublin, Ohio, and Dr. Jennifer Mosher of West Grove, Pa.

Joining in the festivities will be their nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

While residing in the area they were involved in the propane and mobile home industry in Damascus, Beloit and Guilford Lake.

Mr. Mosher is a past president of the Ohio LP Gas Association.

The Moshers are members of the First Presbyterian Church in Salem and received the Distinguished Alumni Award from Goshen High School and the Hall of Fame from West Branch High School.

Mrs. Mosher has been an anchor for 25 years for the BBC-8 TV station at their winter home in Florida.
