Robert and Marcy Vincent of Salem are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jessica L. Vincent, to Jacob D. Kampfer. He is the son of Kurt and Chris Kampfer of Leetonia.
The bride-elect is a 2008 graduate of United Local High School. She is employed with Premier Designs.
Her fiance is a 2006 graduate of Leetonia High School and is employed as a nurse at the Northeast Ohio Correctional Center.
