- A Slater Road, Salem, man reported at 8:50 a.m. Tuesday, he found seven or more boxes and two bags of trash dumped on North Price Road. There was paperwork in the trash with a woman's name on it from the Lisbon area.

- Marilyn Wingett, Hartley Road, Damascus, reported at 2:18 p.m. Monday there have been some ongoing vandalism problems in the Damascus Community Park, starting last fall. Sometime over the weekend a metal gate was bent.

- Paul Parks of the Columbiana County Engineer's Office, North Georgetown garage, reported at 1:53 p.m. Monday that sometime in the past week or so two sections of pipe were stolen from the parking lot storage area.

- A Pine Hollow Road, Rogers, man reported Monday he went to bed between 10:30 p.m. and 11 p.m. the night before and heard a noise outside. He found someone had thrown a cement block through the passenger window of his pickup and the seat was tilted forward as if someone was trying to steal tools from behind the seat. He later reported he noticed one of the screens of his home had been sliced open and there was a five-gallon bucket under the window to help the person reach.

- John Goempel of the Columbiana County Auditor's Office reported at 8:39 a.m. Monday one of the employees looking up deeds for Chesapeake broke a hinge off a door in the basement. Goempel reported he spoke to the man and asked him to pay for the damage or repair the door, but the man refused. Deputies spoke to the man, who agreed to repair the door. All that was needed was a washer to hold the arm of the closure, which the man, Brian Walton, went to the hardware store, purchased and used to make the repair.

- A Lusk Lock Road, Lisbon, man reported a domestic at the home at 11:29 p.m. Monday, but when deputies responded no one was there.

- A Depot Road, Lisbon, man reported at 12:18 a.m. Tuesday his son and his friend left his home with beer, heading northbound on Depot Road. Deputies alerted Perry Township and Salem police to be on the lookout.

- Brian Ingledue, Parkview Road, Wellsville, reported at 10:27 p.m. Monday he was assaulted by his cousin and wanted to fill out a statement to pursue charges the next day.

- A Norton woman reported a domestic violence incident at an address on Sell Road, Lisbon, at 4:01 p.m. Monday. Deputies learned there had been an argument before they arrived, but there was now no problem and the woman in the relationship was planning to leave.

- Steve Ingram, state Route 14, East Palestine, reported at 4:25 p.m. Monday that sometime over the weekend a black after-market hood with hood scoops was taken from a pickup in the Roller Arena lot.

- A Canal Street, East Rochester, man reported at 6:46 p.m. Monday a man on a red ATV constantly rides through his neighborhood recklessly. On Sunday, the man reportedly threw gravel all over the side of his vehicle.

- An intoxicated person was reported walking in the area of Vittle Village on state Route 14 in Unity at 8:48 p.m. Monday. Deputies checked the area from the Pennsylvania state line to Beard Road, but did not locate the person.

- A DeSellum Road, Lisbon, man reported at 8:45 p.m. Monday he left his stuck vehicle on Applegate Road after fishing Sunday and when he went back to pull it out Monday he found someone had broken out the windows. They took several items from inside including a prescription bottle.

- A Y&O Road, East Liverpool, man reported at 4:41 p.m. Monday a neighbor is again on his property mowing the grass.

- A Lippincott Road, East Rochester, man reported at 2:11 p.m. Monday he received a call from a credit card company on April 12 claiming someone was attempting to open a card in his name. On Friday his bank called him and told him someone was making withdrawals totaling $4,350 from two of his bank accounts.

- Roger Walker, Failer Street, East Palestine, reported at 11:44 a.m. Monday he has a protection order against his neighbor, John Little. At about 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Walker said Little pulled into the driveway while Walker was standing at his other neighbor's home next to the driveway. Little reportedly stopped the car, made a hand gesture like a gun and pointed it at Walker and his wife. Little also allegedly drove back to the house, said "here kitty, kitty" in a loud voice and blew a hand held airhorn in their direction. Walker believed Little to be violating his protection order by taunting him.

- A Walnut Ridge, Salineville, woman reported at 11:13 a.m. Monday she received a phone call claiming she won a large sum of money and they would send her a check if she would return $799 after cashing it. She told the man it was a scam and he reportedly became very unfriendly on the phone.

- A Walnut Ridge Road, Salineville, woman reported at 10:33 a.m. Monday two men she knows have come to her home and looked through her garage windows twice. She has told them both to stay away from her property.

- A Hoffee Road, Lisbon, woman reported at 8:02 p.m. Monday she has a protection order against her ex-boyfriend, but he left her a vulgar voice mail on her phone. She also has received a photo message of him, his new girlfriend and his dog.
