LISBON -- In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday Mark M. Mueller, 37, Garwood Street, Alliance, was fined $140 and required 50 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.

Kenneth P. Weber, 53, North Market Street, East Palestine, was fined $75 for no license and transfer registration of a vehicle.

Nicholas Roy Clawson, 30, Elderton, Pa., was fined $30 for commercial speeding.

An April 19 pretrial was set for Gary T. Baker, 53, Angelica, N.Y., cited with commercial speeding.

A May 8 pretrial was set for Ralph E. Berdine, 42, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool, cited with failure to control.

A May 8 pretrial was set for Brian A. Petronsky, 36, Richardson Avenue, Negley, cited with speeding.

A May 15 pretrial was set for Daniel L. Allmon, 23, Youngstown, charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly selling an emerald ring, gold band ring, gold greek bracelet and a diamond ring to Downtown Gems and Jewels in Salem, after the items were reported stolen from the home of Leigh Ann Allmon of Canfield.

A May 15 pretrial was set for Daniel B. Grimm, 47, state Route 45, Lisbon, charged with OVI second offense and marked lanes.

A May 15 pretrial was set for Darby E. Mayhew, 30, East Fourth Street, Salem, charged with four counts of passing bad checks for allegedly writing $304 worth of dishonored checks to Super USA in February.

A May 17 pretrieal was set for Randy A. Knight, 24, Cleveland, cited with speeding.

A May 17 pretrial was set for Tressa D. Roberts, 39, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, charged with OVI second offense, OVI refusal with prior conviction in past 20 years and failure to control.

A May 24 pretrial was set for Donald L. Bates II, 37, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, cited with failure to reinstate his license and failure to display a valid sticker.

A June 11 pretrial was set for Jack R. Nalley, 61, Union Ridge Road, Rogers, cited with violation of Ohio sewage regulations prohibiting sewage disposal from creating a nuisance.

A June 12 pretrial was set for Mariah R. Beaver, 21, Independence Square, Wellsville, cited with driving under suspension.
